A Declaration is your legally binding statement that your equipment meets the essential requirements of the applicable Directive(s), by means of the standards listed. As such, it must only be completed and signed once these requirements have been met.
These notes describe the content of the combined Declaration of Conformity for the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU and the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2011/65/EU.
