The Ecodesign Directive affects most products that use or impact electricity, fossil fuels or renewables. As well as applying to products it also applies to component parts such as fans and motors. New product classes are added all the time. This directive forms part of the CE marking obligation for manufacturers. The Energy Labelling Regulation gives obligations through the supply chain to ensure that users are informed of the energy profile of products. It also deals with product labels.
We strongly recommend you attend our introduction to CE and UKCA marking course as a prerequisite to this course. This will provide you with the basic understanding of CE and UKCA marking necessary to understand the more specialist content included in this course. Both can be booked simultaneously.
This course will be held online or at our offices in Great Hucklow depending on the date.
After booking onto this course you will receive an email containing booking confirmation, directions to venue and a delegate information form.
